On Saturday we're going to either the fabric store or Joann's. What should I make first?! What would you want to make?
I've found yesterday a nice blue-jean fabric (only 3€/m!)and I can't wait to the week-end to have time enough to make a little messenger tote bag and a skirt. I want to make some flowers in the same fabric for both the bag and the skirt. Or maybe I put some ruffles in the skirt, what do you think?
ReplyDeleteRuffles for the skirt! That would look fantastic! I'd put some frayed rosette flowers on the bag and maybe near the hem of the skirt. Anyway, hope u can get some sewing done over the weekend (wish I could find bargain blue jean fabric...sigh). Have a nice day! Thx :)
ReplyDeleteWell, at last I have so much fabric that I made a ruffled skirt with this denim fabric. It makes my fingers blue!I have to wash this fabric twice before wear it or I'll have schmurf legs... ^_^
